Hi there, we (me and my bf) currently have a 2-room apartment for sharing, we speak Chinese ,English and Spanish, we are both students in University. The apartment is located near xiaobei subway station and Guangzhou Sculpture Park and LuHu Park,and there is a bus station right in front. it is fully furnished with elevator, it is a safe and quite nice place, that it took us some time to find it, The rent is 1500 per month which include the rent , management fee and TV fee. also 2 months diposit is required to pay at the first month.
