The 7th Annual French Film Panorama

From April 1st to 11th, twenty-five new French Films will be shown at Guangzhou Jin Yi International Cinema and China Plaza Theatre and this for only 40RMB per film. Half of the income from these screenings at Guangzhou Jin Yi International Cinema shall be donated to the drought-stricken areas of southwest China.

Organized by Unifrance – an organization promoting French cinema worldwide – and the French Embassy in China, the film panorama will start in Guangzhou before later heading to Beijing, Chengdu, Wuhan and Shanghai.

These thirteen features films and twelve shorts will be screened in French with Chinese subtitles. Each screening shall be followed by a Q&A session with a delegation of French artists composed of 15 worldwide renowned directors, actors and producers.

This is the 5th time "The Annual French Films Panorama in China" comes to Guangzhou. It aims to promote newly produced French films to local distributors, media and audience.
