The cuisine is prepared with an exciting blend of Thai flavors and spices bringing in the passionate smell of the distinct herbs like lemongrass, kafir lime and galangal, upholding the traditional preparation and authentic taste of Thai cuisine. Guest chefs Chef Khuengthi, Chef Akkhabut, and Chef Srijaikam have all actively promoted Thai food overseas and are passionate about their homeland and its food. Between the three of them, they possess a wealth of experience and are sure to cook up a storm at China Hotel, A Marriott Hotel!

In addition to the daily lunch and dinner buffet, Fresh m-mart will sell a variety of Thai products sourced directly from Thailand to ensure that guests can buy quality ingredients to cook at home! Sapphire Lounge will also serve elaborate cocktail creations seasoned with Thai ingredients such as young coconut juice, ginger, rock sugar, lemongrass juice, pineapple juice, sugar-cane juice, palm sugar and other fresh exotic fruits to cleanse the palate and restore the body’s balance in summer.

A cooking class will also be held on August 12th and guests can get hands-on experience by learning how to make 5 dishes. A special Thai Cocktail Night where you can enjoy unlimited cocktails and snacks from 7pm to 9pm will be highlighted on the same night.

The innovative "Fire Dragon" set lunch by Nadaman combines piquancy with freshness, offering Nadaman Fresh Mixed Salad, Hot Assorted Sashimi Rice, Spicy Cod Fish Roe Roll, Spicy Salmon Flake Rice, Miso Soup and Pickles. Japanese iced tea is specially served to relieve the piquancy. Sushi Lunch Kogou contains California Roll, Salmon Sushi, Surf Clam Sushi and a bowl of Hot Sanuki Udon Noodles. The Western styled Teppanyaki Hamburger Steak Lunch features Teppanyaki Steak, which is served with Nadaman Fresh Mixed Salad, Steamed Rice, Miso Soup and Pickles. The Kurama set contains Teppanyaki U.S. Sirloin Steak, Nadaman Large Steamed Chicken Salad, California Roll and Miso Soup. The set menus are served with Steamed Egg Custard and daily dessert. Lunch set menus are priced from only Rmb148++ per person.
