A huge waterspout was seen in Shenzhen Bay yesterday morning (July 27) at around 9 a.m. Witnesses said they saw as many as four waterspouts in the same area within 10 minutes. The city's meteorological observatory said it was the first waterspout ever recorded in Shenzhen. A waterspout occurs when a tornado forms over an ocean, lake, or river.
